So you’ve decided to go organic? That means your favorite grocery store will now be Whole Foods! Whole Foods is the first certified organic grocer and is headquartered in Austin, Texas. This asset is some-what based on the Whole Foods a town over from me. The wood accents were inspired by another Whole Foods on the internet. It includes areas for people to eat outside. I guess people here like to eat their groceries right when they walk outside.

This is the first asset of the Wellspring Shopping Center, a nicer shopping center compared to my Riverpark Shopping Center. I’ll try to make each asset unique looking so I’ll be releasing them one by one. The commercial levels will be mostly 3, sometimes 2.
Spoilers: Stein Mart and Guitar Center are next for Wellspring SC. I’ll start the collection page when I make ’em.
