This building is sort of an oddity in Toronto given that not many people pay it’s unique “PS4 like” architecture any mind even though it is located in an incredibly busy area of the city. This facility was constructed in the 1980’s to serve as offices as well as the data center for the “Royal Bank of Canada” (RBC). RBC has since however moved its data center to a new location and this facility and tower has been renovated into office space.

RICO: With the RICO mod you can use this tower as a Level 3 Office. However if you only wish to use this as a landmark than you will not need to mod.
