This 89 building housing complex sprawls between 14th and 23rd street on the east side of Manhattan. Constructed in 1943 as a quasi-public housing development, Stuyvesant Town’s 11,000+ apartments are now privately owned.

The asset folder contains 5 unique building lots with a 5×5 plot size. The lots are modular, and can be assembled however you like. There are two corner lots, a middle lot, another middle lot with a large tower, and an edge lot. For best results, you may want to level the terrain with the terraform tool.

All lots have nearly identical stats:

These assets are test lots for the Ploppable RICO (Beta) mod, however the mod is not required. The mod will convert these assets to ploppable residential with 35 households each.
