Simple Supertalls
Most of these unique buildings range from 200m-1km, and they employ lots of people. They will stand out in your city. Most have LoD models, so they look good from far away. Many have a sci-fi theme, or at least scifi-esque futuristic one.
There are also some growables in here, modeled in the same style as the others.

DO NOT USE THESE ASSETS WITH ANY MOD THAT LETS YOU PLACE MORE THAN ONE “UNIQUE BUILDING.”
These may slow performance somewhat; I haven’t noticed an impact, but some of the unique building LoDs are high-poly (up to ~3,300 tris). If you notice poor performance, or glitches upon zoom-out, try removing these assets first.
They will also increase the time it takes your game to load, as, it seems, will most assets.
And if the unique buildings light up with the high-crime icon, know that that has to do with how many people the buildings employ. So far as I’ve been able to tell, the red high-crime meter only afflicts the buildings themselves. And it doesn’t seem to produce any ill effects for either the buildings or the cities. I generally just ignore this.
