RICO Residential building "Zvezdnyi" (Krasnodar, Russia)
Zdravstvuite, comrades!
It’s time to present you new asset based on residential complex “Zvezdnyi” (may be translated to english as “stellar”), located on intersection of streets Shkolnaya and Filatova near central part of Krasnodar. Original building called “Vega” became first 20+ floor buiding in this southern city. Original complex contain three buildings with yellow, green and brown colors. In game I added one more color – blue. 
In game:
– default: unique building;
– RICO: residential high;
– after dark;
– 35 homes;
– color variations;
– custom LOD with _i and _c maps.
If you don’t have RICO this building will be a monument in game without workplaces and other features.
