Russian apartment house type P-46 or P-47(they are quite similar and look almost the same from outside)made ploppable for RICO mod. Residential high. Capable of placing side by side like irl(on screenshots). Orange/brown coloration.

Дом типа П-46 или П-47, разница между ними небольшая, у одного первый этаж нежилой и что-то там еще, но снаружи вроде разницы нет или почти нет. Ширина такая, что можно ставить бок к боку, чтобы делать многоподъездные дома, как в реале (см. скриншоты). Оранжевого-коричневого цвета.
