Coming back at you at the speed of Summer break! This little building was in prealpha phase since the start of summer but wasn’t finished until the end of summer due to uni. LiThor Productions is proud to annouce the release of another asset.

This building is located a little off the main Akihabara boulevard and seems to sell various souveniers for retailing.

The ingame building is now RICO-Proved! That means that this building is categorized as:

Low-Commercial building
Lvl 2
Provides 150 jobs

Model Stats:

I try to keep my building stats as low as possible but sometimes the amount of detail that goes into one of these buildings provides random stadistics as to how it goes. Either way here are the stats:

4613 Tris

2048 x 1024 Texture map (was practically full by the time I finished it)

Standard Vanilla LOD (I do terrible small LODs, diffrence wasn’t major)

Final file size: 1.9 Mb(!)

Thanks, please inform me if the RICO procedure worked. In my game it seemed to work but I am still pretty new to it.
