About the model
This is a small building I made to get rid of 1 of the more ugly and old resource hogging growables I had. Main thing about this building was to be light on resources, while still looking sharp. Hope you like it as a filler in your cities. ?

This model has about 377 tris and a 2048×512 texture, with a diffuse, shadow, normal, illumination and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 30 tris with a 256×128 texture, with a diffuse, specular and illumination map.

About the building
This is based of the Julia Richmond Eduction Complex. There’s not much history to it. ?
