This mod is offline version of Real Time mod for Cities Skylines. Originally created by dymanoid, this is continuation of Gness Erquint’s offline modification.

Continued work
Real Time Offline on Steam Workshop is outdated as the author stopped updating the mod after C:S Industries DLC. This mod is continuation of his work – it’s compatible with latest game version 1.13.0-f8 and latest DLC Sunset Harbor.

Sharing
As per dymanoid’s and Gness Erquint’s discussion anyone can freely share or modify the original mod. That applies to this version as well.
I included dymanoid’s licence and kept any copyright mentions as this is mostly his work.

No future updates are guaranteed, but I will do what I can.
