How to make revolving asset

回転アセットの作成方法
中心部分が回転します。
以下の点ご注意ください。
・セーブは念のため新規データで作って下さい
ローカル環境ではこのアセットを設置したデータを保存後、問題なくロードできている事を確認済みですが、
新規の試みなのでセーブデータが絶対に壊れないという保証が出来ません。
その為セーブデータは新規で作成し、問題なくロードできている事を確認の上、ご利用ください。
・風量によって回転スピードが変わります
風の弱い所では回転スピードが落ちる、場合によっては止まるかも知れません。
ある程度風量のある場所においてください。
・集客効果はありません。
発電所カテゴリなので。。。
・Mod、DLCについて
プロップにライトを使用してますので、AfterDarkのDLCが必要です。
(無くても回転はすると思います。ただ、エラーが出るかも知れませんね)
Modについては特に必要ないです(多分)。
