This is the third and probably final version of my pedestrian city module.

Features:
– Elevated pavement paths all over the place -> keep the Cims off the streets & greatly reduce traffic volume
– Easily connectable with each other, if placed correctly (see screenshots)
– Open space in the middle of the module to place the biggest park or a combination of small parks inside to increase land value and happiness
– Enough space at the edges or in between modules to place service buildings and make them easily accessable

Costs:
Construction -> 58,320 (i used the expensive roads, can change that anytime, if wished)
Upkeep -> 764

I use this for residential, commercial and offices. It probably can’t handle large areas of industrial zones (did not test that much), but you could give it a try. You can place 9 of these per tile with some space left for other stuff.
It might be hard to place on some maps with steeper slopes, since it’s very large. Sorry about that, no idea how to fix this yet.
