Inspired by Le Corbusier’s sketches of cellular housing in his Contemporary City book. This housing project holds L1 residents with relative luxury on the upper and outer floors while the inner apartments on the lower floors don’t receive sunlight. The green roof helps to reduce the urban heat island effect and provides a relaxing environment for the residents.

This is the 2nd version/upload after finding out I messed up on the first upload. I managed to update this workshop item with darker grass and actual ploppable RICO functionality (it didn’t work before). Let me know if 144 L1 households is excessive for its size. Think of it as the equivalent of 16 4×4 L1 dense residential buildings.

This has a low poly LOD with UV unwrapping so it should look decent from a distance.
