Metropolitan University – Wing B
Hello guys, here’s the second piece of a 6 (possibly 7) piece set for a modular education system. This asset is to be used in conjunction with this asset for a fully modular experience! It is inspired by the Sir George Williams campus (Concordia University), found in downtown Montreal (with some minor modifications for convenience’ sake).
As with any mod that uses flat terrain, it is highly recommended that you flatten the terrain you plan on using this on (or building on flat terrain to begin with) if you plan on using this in its full modular capacity, otherwise you’ll end up with wonky building placement!
This asset works as a University. It has a large radius to meet all your metropolitan needs, and a slightly higher-than-vanilla education value, as this is one of the largest Universities in Canada and one of the most renown. You can change the color of the orange banner thanks to the mapping provided.
