Merchandise Mart was, at one point, the largest building in the world. This art deco megalith was built in the 1930s as a retail destination for Chicago’s booming downtown, and remains a bustling landmark for shopping, riverside views, and built-in connection to L trains (not included – yet!).

Scale – 1:1
Tris – 1,885
Footprint – 12×29 (places at 12×13)
Height – 340 ft (100m)

Unique building based off the Grand Mall (naturally), but this would be a perfect high density commerce RICO.

Note – Because I was limited to 12×13, I couldn’t place all the lights that the actual building has around the top rim, so only the crown is illuminated and you can do the rest in your game if you want; it still looks nice though. (If anyone knows how to get a bigger footprint in the asset editor, hmu)
