Главное строение Благовещенского базара города Харькова. Здание было построено в начале XX века, полностью разрушено во время войны и восстановлено в 1952 году.

Модель довольно сильно ужата в сравнении с оригиналом, т.к. целое здание в игру банально не влезет.
По характеристикам аналогичен стандартному “ТЦ Умеренность”.
Игровое описание выполнено на русском.
