JR E231 Passenger Train
Continuing on with the Japanese Train Theme
This is the current train stock in use by the Japan Rail East company, operating in high capacity urban lines such as the Yamanote Line in Tokyo.
However, SamSamTS’ mod “Advanced Vehicle Options” will take care of that limitation and fix the problem.

– Updated for After Dark

– Fixed train width, the train should now go thru tunnels without clipping too much as it is now the exact width and height of the stock passenger trains in the game
– Added wheel texture. I found a good texture for the wheels that were royalty free, All my future mods will be given this wheel treatment and old ones will be updated to reflect this.

– Fixed the front fairing (made less thick)
– Train is now virtually exactly the same length as the stock trains.
– Added couplings to all cars
– Removed several extra unused polygons
– Updated stats to reflect train capacities (~120/car during rush hour)
– Cleaned up some textures
