This is the second (in a series of 3) 9-story office building based on ///Еurasia///‘s Savelovsky City skyscrapers. To continue the lovely idea of naming the building after jazz greats, this one is named after perhaps the greatest saxophonist of all time, Charlie “Bird” Parker. It comes in four color variations and is RICO enabled. The steel and glass awning that can be seen in some of the screenshot is a 2-part prop from the Park Inn Prop Pack.
