You need IPT or AVO for the Backengine to work Properly isn’t nessecary but you won’t have lights if the Train drives backwards!

You can Public it on Steam as Repaint for other Country or something like that. Not a Problem.

The Files are not to be used in other Games. It’s for Cities Skylines only.
