Do you not want to play with mods to unlock everything (yet), but still want an observatory, but don’t want to have 1000 abandoned buildings to get it? Then this is for you.

This observatory has the same stats as the original one and I tried to replicate the look of it as well, but it has no specific requirements. (In the comparison screenshots my observatory is the one on the right side, the original is on the left side.)
In addition this has 3 parking spaces, a gathering space in the front and an entrance at the door which visitors use.

Notes:
This will not count toward the monument unlock. If I find out how to change that, I will update this.
You can place both this and the original observatory, but both only once.
