This mod I’d like to share as well. I created this building to check out how it works with interiors.
High residential building (growable)
Building length x width: 8×4 tiles. Growable on 4×4 tiles.

#Issue
Overlay issue with nearby buildings, The Reason is the asset editor can handle only 4×4 tiles but the Elbe Residence need 8×4 tiles, to fix that issue.
-Keep 1 tiles on the left side and on the right side of the 4×4 tile free.
-Unfortunately please remove the nearby overlaid buildings and remove 1×4 tiles on the left side and on the right side of the 4×4 tile.
