Duchère Tower – 4×4 High lvl5 residential

I’m back… again… again (oh, I don’t know actually how many times I left and came back…)
Real life you know… real problems sometimes ?

Now let’s go to the building :
For once I made an actual building, it’s a building located in a district of Lyon (France) called “La Duchère”.
Some detail here : (sorry, no english article for it… only french omelette du fromage speaking).
And here’s a pic :
In game, it’s a level 5 high residential, it’s about 95m tall.
All maps are 1024, 128 for the lod.
The building is 3270 tris (sorry, bit heavier than usual, but it had to be…) and the lod is 144.
RICO : well I leaved this building without RICO settings because it takes seconds to add them for anyone… and as some people might want different things for it (price, capacity, etc…) I think it’s better for them to chose that.

I have some (let’s say a lot) of wip projects, I think the first one I’ll finish will be that 2x2lvl4 high res :
Variety is REALLY needed here (because at that size, there is only ONE building per level in the game.
