A Wall to Wall compatible Luxury Apartment condo.

This is an Art Deco building located in NYC, at 1 Fifth Avenue

Built in 1927 as a hotel, it has been converted into apartments.

I made two versions, Level 4 and Level 5. I believe certain people reserve level 5 buildings for modern sky scrapers. If your one of those, you can get the other version:
