D-I-Y Spy Agency
Germany’s Bundesnachrichtendienst (Federal Intelligence Service, or “BND” for short) just got a new massive headquarters right smack in the middle of Berlin. The complex has enough office space to fill an estimated 35 football fields, and will eventually support 4,000 employees. It is located close to the Bundestag (Parliament) and Hauptbahnhof (Main Station).
To recreate the BND in Cities:Skylines, I’ve made 7 modular parts; 4 buildings and 3 roof props. The two lower buildings are entrances that have stats similar to the level 4 monument Oppression Office[www.skylineswiki.com]. The two taller buildings are dummy buildings that have no stats (like sub-buildings), don’t deform the terrain, don’t require roads, and have below-ground-level custom texturing. You can raise or lower the terrain around them to suit your needs. The three roof props plop at the exact height to connect to the buildings, but can of course be manually adjusted with Prop & Tree Anarchy mod. All of the parts are designed for easy welding with MoveIt! I recommend using a one-square overlap on the roof texture, which will create a seamless transition on the side facades.
