Colossal Order Broadcasting or COB, is a building based on the TBS building at Wiiliams St in Atlanta, GA. Subscribe to the latest Ploppable RICO1.6(works for me) if you want this to function as an office otherwise It will be just a monument building without RICO, It’s up to you.
