This is a level 1 house and has 4 floors, it holds 16 households.

lod tris count is 22 (texture d,i is 256)
This asset is again RICO compatible (cost 20000; level 1). Again the icon for the house doesn’t show in the rico panel, but it is there when you hover over it. I have no idea what causes this..
