About the model
This is part of a small update on the upper east side of New York. There will be one release everyday. This is a typical 80s style condominium you can find in New York on the upper east side. These are brick monstrosities build in the 80s, with a huge variety of layers. You can always follow my assetcreations on the Simtropolis forums: or on sketchfab:
This model has about 3372 tris and a 1024×1024 texture, with a diffuse, shadow, normal, illumination, color and specularmap.This model has a custom LoD, which is about 257 tris with a 512×128 texture, with a diffuse, color, specular, and illumination map.

About the building
Built in 1985, The Belgravia is a full service condominium with a beautifully landscaped private garden, resident’s lounge, basement storage, a bicycle room and fitness center and is ideally located in the heart of the Upper East Side.
