Updated to reduce memory requirements and now After Dark Friendly, but not required.

Advanced Perpetual Motion Laboratory and Power Plant and only 1×1 saving real estate like crazy. Employees will enter and exit building and sit at the benches.

A road is now required since After Dark, however you can still place this directly on top of other Assets using Advanced Road Anarchy.
