What your city calls garbage; we see as fuel in the form of cellulosic ethanol production cutting maintenance costs, allowing greater collection of garbage and the production of electricity for your city.
WITH TRAFFIC CONTROL: You can literally watch the Garbage Trucks enter the facility from one street, where they dump their precious cargo and return out of the second tunnel on a different street, freeing traffic congestion and making this the most interactive waste management mod on Steam.
Make sure to connect to the tunels to your road
This plant is no longer dark at night, but if you want more light you can add lighting using any or all the Assets The After Dark Collection:

Trouble Shoothing:
A known issue with Cities Skylines is that sometimes large Assets can not be placed (Slope to steep). Use Advanced Road Anarchy: for these mods and if you still have trouble… simply turn Advanced Road Anarchy off and back on and your Assets should plop into place.
If your Trucks do not enter and exit correctly:
– Place Road 1, and plop the asset in place
– Delete Road 1
– Now run your one way roads to the asset leaving space between your main road and the asset.
