340 On The Park is a newer addition to Chicago’s skyline, filling in the gap next to the Aon Center and the BCBS building in Chicago’s mega-luxurious “New East Side” overlooking Millenium Park. With upscale facilities, amenities including a large winter garden on the 25th floor, and sweeping views of the lake and the skyline, this residential tower is the height of bourgie affluence. Condos here go for several million, floating around 5k for one bedroom’s rent.

This building is the product of several weeks of work so I hope you like it. I took some liberties with the back, which in real life is covered by a parking garage or whatever. I also did some tinkering to reduce tri-count – this building sports dozens of balconies, which Cities Skylines gets very mad about.
