Antenna and toolkit from Driver, San Francisco, extracted by gamemodels.ru, spliced and appended to Chevrolet Cargo Express by me, slight optimization (can’t do too much else you lose the antennas)

Stats are the same as the default police car. This vehicle will respond to emergencies; however, I disabled the flares to give it a more realistic look.
