The Red Cross is an internationally known organization which provides emergency response, disaster relief, and educational services. The American branch is known as the American Red Cross. Their Mercedes Sprinter (actually Freightliner Sprinter in US) is their standard for new disaster relief vehicle. Containing a fully modular platform, it was designed from scratch to offer more flexibility for different missions. This vehicle is more suited than the traditional converted E350 ambulance for smaller emergencies and has ergonomic features to make it easier for volunteers to work.
