Modern Prison Van

Nothing high performance is really needed for prisoner transport, which is why a bunch of slow vans or buses (International RE School Bus planned, not sure when it’ll be actually made) are usually designated to the task. The van doesn’t have to be ugly though, so that’s why we have the Dodge Grand Caravan here. With only one unit in the OPP, it is a rare sight, but your Cims can have it everyday!
