Conceptual Notes
– The building was supposed to have a canal part underneath with a basin look and a flooding gate. However, the code could allow so much for both sinking ground and retained sunken textures to exist together. Check the last screenshot for the epic fail. Therefore, the water part is now covered with the glass floor instead.
