A 4×4 generic industry building which comes in 4 similar color variations. I ended up creating a fence prop for it as I couldn’t find anything on the workshop, that was close to the brick color of my factory. Modelled after this PIKO rail model[www.piko-shop.de]. The tris is a bit higher than my usual stuff, but the rounded roof and rounded windows kinda forced it – and without the windows popping out like this it was just sad and boring to look at. ?

I also have a 5×4 ploppable RICO version of this.
