All I ask is for a slab of concrete, and a car to park on it.

This Parking Garage will unlock with Parks, and can be found in the Roads menu under the Maintenance tab.

This structure will function as a park, increasing land value and happiness of nearby buildings. I have attempted to balance it so that it will make Commerce, Industry and Offices to enjoy the benefits of having park coverage in a small area without an acutal park. However it takes no visitors or tourists, and won’t be enough to allow them to level up fully without other services.

This is a functional Parking Garage, it has 256, yes that’s TWO HUNDRED AND FIFTY SIX parking spaces!
