Part of the Place Anywhere Billboard Collection, these can be placed wherever you please on the map, not constrained to roads!

The billboards are random billboards, so the design will vary.

They are located in the electricity menu in order to be able to be placed anywhere. They do not provide power however, even though they do show the outline of a power generating building.

No outline is visible when placing, however if you don’t like the orientation, you can select the building to move it, it will start at the orientation in which it was placed, right-clicking rotates 45 degrees clockwise.
