Firefly fans with a keen eye would have noticed this container once or twice throughout the entire series. The Triton container makes its first appearance along with Blue Sun in the series’ first episode when Serenity landed in Persephone’s Eavesdown Docks. According to the Firefly wikia page, Triton only comes up in a search that includes the name as a moon which rotated around Neptune in the Sol System including Earth-That-Was[firefly.wikia.com].

The Triton container in reality is part of the container fleet of Triton Container International Limited.
