First Canadian Place is a large office tower located in Toronto Ontario. Completed in 1975 First Canadian Place (FCP) was built to be the world headquarters of the Bank of Montreal (BMO). The tower itself is the tallest office tower in Canada at 72 floors. The original tower facade was made of 45,000 Carrara marble panels (the same material could be found on the Aon Center in Chicago), however after panels began to fall from the building in 2007 the owners decided to replace them with glass panels (just like the Aon Center did). Replacement began in 2009 and ended in 2012.

UPDATED: Fixed up some of the texture work and added RICO compatibility.
RICO: To use this as an Office Tower you must have the RICO mod installed. You do not need it if you only want to use this as a unique building. This tower is a LEVEL 3 Office so make sure it is in an area that can support that level.
