Nothing quite screams “Americana” like an American Craftsman Bungalow. Yup, it’s a 2 bedroom, 1.5 bathroom home where the kitchen may not be quite right and you wonder just how exactly old the furnace is in the basement… I would know a thing or two about such homes because I lived in a few of these homes in my life. But I assure you, this one’s much nicer than the ones I lived in…

Additional Notes
Residential zones for some strange reason get 5 levels for development. As such, these nice looking homes start off on average level 3 lots and will upgrade to much more fancy level 4 lots.
