Updated:

– Fixed LOD (some roof assets disappear zooming out, this is due to game engine, can’t do anything about that)
– Made it a bit smaller to fit better with other commercial L1 buildings size
– Fixed ground connections. No more floating polygons, they are attached to the ground and will "enlarge" in slope areas

Description:

This is an original building i made for the CB Competition @ Paradox forums before the game was released; finished in 4th position. All content is originally made by myself. It’s a Level 1 Low Density commercial building. It will NOT replace any building, It will grow automatically in your new LOW DENSITY commercial areas.

Features:

– Polycount: 290 triangles
– Cell occupation: 4×4 cells
– Same capacities as Low Density Level 1 commercial buildings. It’s managed automatically by game
– Colors: orange, green, red and blue. The game will use any of these colors randomly
