Twenty High Schools per district is just too much, but the only way to improve a school in Cities Skylines is to add more students, but then it is called a cheat… I have raised the required number of staff including 30 Educated Workers instead of 5; 30 Well Educated teachers instead of 9 and two Highly educated staff as Principle and Vise Principle to balance this out and now to have fun…

– Improved Radius from 500 to 1000 (what good are school busses if they only drive eight blocks)
– 1280 Students based on size of building and 28 students per classroom

Suggestion:
Place a sports park behind or next to this High School to add to the visual appeal.
