Mercedes-Benz, W116 is a first generation model of the S class which Daimler who is a German car manufacturer develops with Mercedes-Benz brand. W116 is the code name. It produced it from 1972 through 1980 and was sold. In addition, a long body way includes a code name called “V116” separately, but is usually called “W116” including it.
W116 is a model named S class as Mercedes-Benz formally for the first time. In addition, the sedan of the class was called “S class” unofficially from it past.
