M35 2½ Ton Cargo Truck
The M35 2½ Ton Cargo Truck is a vehicle created for the US military in the early 1950s. It’s seen service throughout the latter half of the 20th century, and has seen some use in the 21st, despite being phased out and replaced.
So on a long drive home from university, I had the interesting idea of making a National Guard armory and giving it the function of the disaster response building from the “Natural Disasters” DLC. However, I don’t own the DLC in question, so I really can’t do that. But I can prepare for when I do. So I’ve made this. I might also make a M151 MUTT and UH-1 Huey. When I do have the DLC, these vehicles will act as the response.

You may have realized that there’s a lot of polys for what’s supposed to be a vehicle (less than 1,000 is preferred). I only realized this late into making this asset, and I couldn’t figure out how to reduce polygons without sacrificing quality. This is also the reason why there are no mirrors on the vehicle (you didn’t notice until I told you, did you?) If you are to spam a bunch of these into your map, expect a performance drop.
Also, I apologize for the poor texturing job done on the canvas portion. I have never professed to be good at texturing, only “okay-ish”.
