9×6 Car Park (for Prop it Up!)
A simple but functional 9×6 car park, as shown in the first screenshot (it does not include the grassy bits to the left and right).
The parking lot has about two dozen vanilla car props (4 different types – listed below), as well as an additional 20 or so functional parking space markers that will be used by Cims in need for a parking spot. That means that when placed in a strategic location, this parking lot should fill up pretty quickly, giving it a look that fits a busy location.
This asset is not really much to look at when you place it, but I uploaded it to serve as a bit of a showcase for my Prop it Up! mod. Use that mod to replace the 4 types of vanilla car props with better car models from the Workshop to give it a more realistic look. Keep in mind that these car prop dependencies are required in order to be able to use Prop it Up! with this asset!
In addition, use mods such as More Beautification, Prop and Tree Anarchy and Move It! to further customize and detail the parking to your liking.
With a bit of effort and creativity, it could look like the second screenshot (or better!) But obviously you can detail it in any way you deem fit – the power is yours!!!

This was mainly uploaded to serve as an example of how a few mods can help you to turn generic assets into unique-looking ones that fit their surroundings, in-game and fairly quickly and easily.
